Juan, Hugo, Paul Maria de la Luz TV-1008

I spent hundreds of hours studying with the violinist you see here, Juan Reynoso, at his home in Riva Palacio, Michoacán. Here, with Juan's son Hugo backing us on guitar, we work through Juan's harmonization of the pasodoble Maria de la Luz. The tune breaks down, then restarts, but I thought I'd post it all to give you the feel of our study sessions. The date of the lesson isn't marked, but it was either in 2005 or 2006. -Paul Anastasio.
