BACK TO BACK MAHI MAHI - HAWAII OFFSHORE KAYAK FISHING

I started of the day looking for bait, I eventually found some in around 80 feet. I sent one out right away and hooked a nice Omelu (bluefin travaly). Then I moved out to about 130 feet and noticed a little splash on the surface. I only had one bait in the live well and one on the line as I padded over to check it out. Suddenly my Penn real went off. I had come up on a school of Mahi Mahi. I got the first one in and got another bait out as soon as I could. In a few seconds I hooked another Mahi. The hunt for bait was back on so I moved back in to 80 feet and found the bait ball again. I hooked a few more and sent one out. A little while later I hooked a nice Kahala in about 100 feet. I ended the day catching some invasive Taape (blue line snapper). On the way in. Thanks for watching. Enjoy.
