PARALLEL INTENT

AI generated music. Not serious, only for fun. PARALLEL INTENT is K.B.L. at full Cyber-Rock weight: a song about the operational fluency Kurt Langer and Lara Langer have built over twelve years together. It is not telepathy, destiny, or two halves of one person. It is learned trust, shared intent and accumulated experience — two complete people able to split, change roles, work different angles and still understand where the other is going before anything needs to be said. Lara Langer — lead vocals, guitar Kurt Langer — lead vocals, guitar Betsy Langer — drums Andrea Santangelo — synths, programming and harmonies Franco Skiachavez — bass Lyrics by Kurt Langer and Lara Langer Music by Kurt Langer and Lara Langer Arranged and produced by Andrea Santangelo OFFICIAL LYRICS I know the pause before you move You know the breath before I make it A glance can redraw half the room A half-step says which way we'll take it No signal sent, no warning flare The smallest shift cuts through the air You read the turn before it lands I know the answer where you stand The meaning lands before the sound You turn and I already know The angles change, the field spins round And neither needs to say let's go Parallel intent You move before the silence shatters I turn before the warning breaks We split the night along its fractures I know the shape your absence makes Parallel intent No tethered step, no need to trace We trust the ground the other takes We meet where the distance breaks We split where pressure bends the line You disappear beyond my sight I trust the ground that's under mine You trust me somewhere in the night No backward glance to prove we're bound No fear disguised as holding tight We cover twice the broken ground Then close the distance when it's right The gap between us isn't space It's room enough to work the line I never need to see your face To know your timing answers mine Parallel intent You move before the silence shatters I turn before the warning breaks We split the night along its fractures I know the shape your absence makes Parallel intent No tethered step, no need to trace We trust the ground the other takes We meet where the distance breaks I read the break, you read the whole Then trade the view without a word You take the edge, I take the role That fits the change before it's heard No fixed shape holds the way we move No single side defines the fight You take my angle, I take yours And meet you where the lines unite No lead No chase No tethered line You take your ground I take mine Different motion Same design Parallel intent Parallel intent You move before the silence shatters I turn before the warning breaks We split the night along its fractures I know the shape your absence makes Parallel intent No tethered step, no need to trace We trust the ground the other takes We meet where the distance breaks Parallel intent You move before the silence shatters I turn before the warning breaks We cut the dark from separate angles And close the space the other makes Parallel intent No tethered step, no need to trace Two lines run true through shifting space We meet where the distance breaks
