Much like Zhang Liao, Zhang He plays his first stage in a stage where he should normally be the enemy. Nothing's really different beyond that. Zhang He's moveset is fast, so it's good for dealing with officers. The trade off is that he doesn't have much reach so peons can overwhelm him easier than others.
