Borrowed Shine, Old Hearts & Family Secrets | Silas Crowe Blues Collection

Nine original blues stories from Silas Crowe, performed against the lively backdrop of the River City Blues Club. The songs move from a man mistakenly digging a grave to a daughter’s letter read after twenty years, with stops along the way for lost love, borrowed pride, family memories, and a car that gave up first. Piano, upright bass, drums, and Crowe’s weathered voice set the mood while couples dance beneath the club lights. Settle in for a collection that makes room for sorrow, tenderness, and a little dry humor. #SilasCrowe #BluesMusic #VintageBlues #ClassicBlues #StorytellingBlues #LiveBlues #BluesSongs #BluesCollection I Dug a Grave for a Man Who Was Still Breathing He Bought a Car to Impress the Bus Stop Borrowed Shine I Left My Heart at the Wrong Address I Kept My Heart Behind My Teeth I Found You at the Old Café I Found My Alibi Parked at Her House My Daughter Read My Letter After Twenty Years My Car Quit Before I Did
