In today's episode we finally take a dive into the incredibly surreal and eclectic world of Xiu Xiu, and their phenomenal and terrifying album of Girl With Basket of Fruit. This album is a dada-ist surreal and esoteric experience that presents such a complex range of terrifying emotion through the most strangest forms of expression I've ever seen on an album. It's a truly wonderful album that instills just abject fear, horror and danger inside my very core as I listen to it. Despite it's surreal imagery, there's an expression of incredibly dark and harrowing themes which we will try to explore in this video, as well as generally diving into each and every track on this album.
