Heavily Modded GTA IV in 2026 | Let’s Play Part 10

Episode 10 of my heavily modded GTA IV Let’s Play. In this episode, I’m continuing through Liberty City and getting further into the story while seeing how the modded setup holds up during more regular gameplay. The goal is still to keep the focus on the game, but the mods are a big part of the experience: the visuals, fixes, gameplay changes, and whatever weird moments come from pushing an older game this far. This series is more of a relaxed playthrough and mod showcase than a full tutorial for now. I’ll keep pointing out anything that stands out as the game opens up more. Thanks for watching.
