For this latest ON CALL Show at Swing Dash Radio, I wanted to dive into all things broken. From soulful and jazzy cuts to deep, bassy, garagey, bruky iterations — this set is a full celebration of Broken Beat (a.k.a Bruk). What’s wild is that this sound has been in my life for years without me even knowing it had a name. It wasn’t until this time last year that I really discovered Broken Beat as a genre — and since then, it’s grown into one of the truest reflections of my sound as a DJ. So it’s a real honor to dedicate a whole show to the very best in bruk.
