Don't Fire Your Veteran Wrestlers in TEW IX Yet

TEW IX Official Handbook Explained — Episode 19: Resilience, Health & Physical Decline Getting older in TEW IX doesn't automatically mean a wrestler is finished. In this episode of TEW IX Official Handbook Explained, we take a detailed look at Resilience, Health and Physical Decline — and what actually happens to your wrestlers as they get older. We cover: What Resilience actually means Why Resilience doesn't make a wrestler immune to injury Resilience vs Safety and how they differ Why Toughness isn't the same as Resilience How the Health system works Head, Body, Arms and Legs The different Health thresholds How wear and tear affects your roster How Physical Decline works Why workers don't all decline at the same age How Skill Caps change during decline Which skills decline quickly Which skills decline slowly Which skills don't decline with age Why Psychology, Basics and Safety remain valuable Why Experience can't decrease How to evaluate an aging wrestler before deciding what to do with them The big takeaway? Don't just look at a wrestler's age. Look at what they've lost, what they've kept, and what they can still do. An aging wrestler isn't necessarily becoming useless — their skill profile is changing. If you're playing TEW IX and managing a roster full of veterans, this episode should help you understand exactly what to look for. 🎮 PLAY TEW IX Total Extreme Wrestling IX is the wrestling industry simulator from Grey Dog Software, featuring detailed wrestlers, companies, booking, an evolving game world and much more.
