The course is all on smooth wide tarmac paths and is almost flat. Course Notes: The course actually has a short section of around 150m and then three laps of the park. As you run around the lake there is a slight incline (2/3 feet) at the end. But it then goes back down towrds the green. And on each lap as you turn to where the start is there is another short incline of 2 feet. At the end of each lap as you approach the finish there is a slight decline which helps for a fast finish.
