Normally, CA law permits a landlord to enter the tenant's dwelling provided that certain requirements are met and proper notice to the tenant is given. But as with almost any law, there are exceptions. Normally, the landlord may only enter the tenant's premises during "normal business hours" and with proper notice. But when exactly are "normal business hours" and what constitutes proper notice? And how far in advance does the notice need to be given. I will these and other questions in this presentation. If you found this helpful and would like to see additional videos on additional topics relating to California real property, specifically residential landlord-tenant law, leave a suggestion in the comments.
