Ray Mears - River Teith Opening 2016 - Part 2

The River Teith was opened by Ray Mears whom is in no need of an introduction. His words are meaningful to every angler, but further still to any member of any community bound to it's traditions. The life cycle of the salmon is a miracle and we are dependant on their survival. Recognising them and welcoming them back annually should be shared with our youth.
