In this episode, we travel to Yilan, on Taiwan’s east coast, to visit one of Nannuoshan’s tea producers. Born into a tea-farming family, he developed a passion for tea at a very young age and started making tea himself while still young. Today, he remains deeply committed to traditional tea farming and craftsmanship. His approach is uncompromising: no chemical pesticides or herbicides, and as much as possible is done by himself—from cultivating and caring for the tea plants to harvesting and processing the leaves.
