What HR Really Looks For When Hiring You | Saurav | ALWAYS COMPETITIVE — EP. 20 What happens when one reel suddenly reaches hundreds of thousands of people? Saurav has a background in HR and now builds content around careers, interviews, AI, job hunting, workplace rights, and the things candidates often learn too late. His first viral reel crossed 800K+ views — and that changed the trajectory of his creator journey. In this conversation, we talk about what actually helps people get hired, how to approach interviews, using AI in your job search, workplace decisions, career mistakes, and what it takes to turn expertise into a real personal brand. ALWAYS COMPETITIVE — conversations with people building, creating, travelling, chasing their dreams, and pushing themselves forward.
