Sometimes, the fear of being alone makes us slowly drift away from ourselves. We ignore our needs, silence our feelings, and say “yes” when everything inside us is saying “no.” Today, a simple moment of stillness and tenderness toward my own body opened the door to unexpected questions. How often do I truly listen to myself? How much of myself have I overlooked? How many times have I mistaken being alone for being lost? I realized that I can look with kindness even at the parts of myself I used to judge. And no matter who is or isn't around me, I can learn to be there for myself. De câte ori am confundat singurătatea cu sentimentul de a fi pierdută? Am realizat că pot privi cu blândețe chiar și părțile din mine pe care obișnuiam să le judec. Și că, indiferent cine este sau nu este în jurul meu, pot învăța să-mi fiu aproape.
