4th Doctor Regeneration In MC, Baker - Davison (Definitive edition)

A recreation of the regeneration scene from Logopolis and while there were already attempts to do this in mc i feel that they didn't fully do it justice and so I'm here to fix that... Some of the skins featured are originally by the gingyr doctor and koalbent although edited after the fact by me
