He joined Besses in 1981 and left in 1995. Nicknamed: “Ronnie” (due to his likeness to Ronnie Corbett) Ronnie was initially given the Repiano seat but he fulfilled many soloist roles at Besses during his 14 Year Tenure Repiano Cornet Bumper Cornet Soprano Cornet Principal Cornet Ronnie was such a Talented Player, he was in constant demand from other Bands to help out at Concerts, on Tours and in Contests.
