I got a 'Brand New' ... apparently ... Hornby Q1 from Facebook Market Place. was it Brand New???

I have wanted a Hornby Q1 ever since I heard about their existence on the Model Rail Replacement Podcast. Its history, its look, its importance as a workhorse during WW2... I had to have one. I live in Australia, I could not find a new one in a shop anywhere. I could not find a second hand one in a shop anywhere..... so ebay was the only option, but shipping costs and import fees (🤦‍♂️) rattled me, and I held off. Then, out of nowhere, I found one on Facebook Market Place of all places!!! It was advertised as new.... so I organised to go see it, and I bought it!!
