Candied dates 2 Nos. South apricot kernels 20 Nos. Pork ribs 1 lb Preparation: 1. Night blooming cereus, soak in tap water for 5 minutes. 2. Heat up a pot of water at high flame. Put pork ribs, soak for 2 minutes to remove dirts on it. Rinse thoroughly. 3. Corn, get it peeled. Rinse with tap water. Dice in cubes. 4. Fresh yam, rinse with tap water. Wrap it with tissue paper. Peel it lightly. Slantly cut in pieces. 5. Night blooming cereus, rinse with tap water. 6. Figs and dates, rinse with tap water. 7. South apricot kernels, rinse with tap water. 8. Dried figs, divide each into 2 shares. Steps: 1. Add in water 4L into pot. 2. Put all Ingredients into pot. Heat up at high flame. Turn to medium~low flame and boil for an hour. Turn off fire and leave it for an hour. 3. Heat up soup at high flame before consumption. 4. Complete.
