We Stayed in Australia’s Tallest Building 😳 | Gold Coast

🇦🇺 GOLD COAST SERIES – EPISODE 2 🌴 Planning a Gold Coast vacation or wondering what it’s actually like to stay inside the iconic Q1 Gold Coast in Surfers Paradise? 😍 In Episode 2 of our Gold Coast travel series, we check into one of the most recognisable buildings on Australia’s skyline — and this stay turned out to be much more than just a hotel experience.❤️ Our Gold Coast journey started in Episode 1 at Peppers Soul Surfers Paradise, where we stayed right by the beach with incredible ocean views. 🌊 But for our second stay, we wanted to see Gold Coast from a completely different perspective… so we moved from the beachfront to the sky and checked into Q1 Resort & Spa. 🙈 And Q1 has a pretty incredible story of its own. 🤯 Completed in 2005, Q1 stands around 322.5 metres tall and was the tallest residential building in the world when it was completed. “Q1” stands for Queensland Number One, and its unique design was inspired by the Sydney 2000 Olympic Torch and the Sydney Opera House. 🇦🇺 So yeah… this wasn’t exactly a normal hotel stay. 😳 We explore our Q1 stay, walk around beautiful Surfers Paradise and then wake up the next morning for something we had been waiting for… 🥞 BREAKFAST ON LEVEL 77! 😍 Instead of heading to a regular café, we took the high-speed elevator all the way up to SkyPoint Observation Deck, around 230 metres above sea level, for breakfast with breathtaking 360° views of the Gold Coast coastline, city skyline and hinterland. 😍 Watching Surfers Paradise from that height while having breakfast was easily one of the most memorable experiences of our Gold Coast trip. ❤️ But our journey isn’t over yet… 👀 We still have ONE FULL DAY left in Gold Coast, and we’ve saved one of the most exciting experiences of the entire trip for EPISODE 3. 😳🔥 Stay tuned and don’t forget to SUBSCRIBE 🔔 so you don’t miss what happens next! ❤️ 📍 Places featured in this vlog: Q1 Resort & Spa, Gold Coast SkyPoint Observation Deck Surfers Paradise Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia 🎥 Gold Coast Travel Series – Episode 2 #GoldCoast #GoldCoastVlog #Q1GoldCoast #SurfersParadise #AustraliaVlog #GoldCoastTravel #SkyPoint #SkyPointGoldCoast #AustraliaTravel #Queensland #TravelVlog
