How to INSTANTLY Get better at 50/50s in Rocket League! (Basic Tutorial)

In this video I will explain how I do 50s in 1s and why I do them that way, please bare with me as explaining 50/50s was not very easy haha, but basically just try to stay as grounded as possible, centered, and do not over commit into the 50, you can do that by simply not front flipping into the ball most of the time! it keeps you from over committing and still gets a solid 50 almost every time, obviously you are not going to win EVERY 50, if you do, hit me up and give me some tips haha, but anyways, I hope you all enjoyed this video, leave any questions in the comments and I hope it was helpful!
