Sonic Mania - Surge the Tenrec in Sonic Mania!!

Note From Author - Hey, MasterAlexS here! In this update we introduce the customization of the mod. It can be done by using RSDK Animation Editor to import the animations that can be found in [.../Surge The Tenrec/Customize/...]. The steps are written in Instructions.txt. We are done with Chibi Surge and now we can focus on finishing Surge since she has a few gameplay animations left to do. This update also includes quality of life by improving a lot of the old sprites. I know it has been a while since the mod was updated, but we wanted to have a BIG UPDATE! If there are any bugs/glitches don't hesitate to report them on gamebanana in the "Issues" tab. We need help finding a 3D model convertor to make from any 3D format in Sonic Mania .bin file format.
