Part 1: Disassembling the headstock Part 2: Machining the INT40 taper (Lathe Work) Part 3: Machining the slots for the drive dogs (miserable failure & success edition) Part 4: Machining the drive dogs on the Archdale HM and fitting them onto the shaft Part 5: Reassembling the headstock -------- Other videos of the series: Part 1 - Drive Shaft Bearing Journal (plans, lathe work, failure):    • Archdale Vertical Mill Restoration - Pt2 -...   Part 2 - Drive Shaft Bearing Journal retaining sleeve:    • Archdale Vertical Mill Restoration - Pt2 -...   Part 3 - Custom Bearing end cap & Modifying the main shaft:    • Archdale Vertical Mill Restoration - Pt3 -...   Part 4 - Making an Oil Distribution Box:    • Archdale Vertical Mill Restoration - Pt4 -...   Part 5 - Machining Custom Threaded Studs:    • Machining Custom Threaded Studs for the Ar...   Part 6 - Making Custom Oil Sight Glass 1/2:    • Machining Custom Oil Sight Glass - Part 1 ...   Part 7 - Making Custom Oil Sight Glass 2/2 The Final Assembly:    • Machining Custom Oil Sight Glass - Part 2 ...   -------- Please like, share, and comment!
