Tidal Tempest: Act 2 (Sonic Mania Remix)

Here is Act 2! (I actually put effort into this and I gotta say, I am genuinely proud of this one!) This one is more based off of the Present Mix of the JP Tidal Tempest from CD, but I also threw in a couple of Past and Good Future elements to spice it up and give it that Sonic Mania "Act 2" feel to it.
