Disastereomers and Relationships of Stereoisomers - Dr K. Cossey

This video expands of the topic of stereochemistry in Organic Chemistry, and will use R/S naming that we have learned previously. At the end of this video, you will be able to 1) draw all stereoisomers of a given organic molecule, and 2) compare two molecules and determine if they are enantiomers, diastereomers, the same molecule or unrelated. The following topics are discussed in these contexts: using R/S designations of chiral carbons, enantiomers, diastereomers, and meso molecules. This video was made by Dr. K.
