ASMR whispering and tapping

This is a short ASMR video where I am tapping and talking about anxiety and how to decrease that anxiety. Relax and let things go and just be in the moment. Don't make things worse than they are, try and see things as they "really are" and focus on the things you can control. #asmrwhispering #asmr #anxietyreduction
