Systems in Symmetry: Symmetry in Systems - Critical Value Balance Theory Systems Engineering is a well understood process in complex systems delivery and Systems Integration is a well-practiced discipline but an insightful understanding of how to test a systems viability and determine its stability is an immature field. This is largely because systems are complex, variable and nuanced to their context which appears to preclude the establishment of a common (simple) insight on which to base understanding. In this paper, we examine the criticality of system stability, explore why symmetry is the lens through which systems should be viewed and propose a method by which practitioners can establish the stability of their system regardless of context. ______ also see www.systemspractice.org
