The American Long Rifle: A Flintlock Legend

Today we’re taking the American Flintlock Long Rifle to the range to find out just how accurate this legendary American firearm really is! I’ll be testing the long rifle at 25, 50, 75, 100, and 125 yards, firing at a man-sized target at each distance to see how well this historic rifle performs as the range increases. I will be firing three rounds at each distance to get a proper grouping to better see the accuracy.  From the smoke and flash of the flintlock to the challenge of hitting a target at 125 yards, this is a real-world test of one of America’s most iconic frontier firearms. How far can the American long rifle remain effective? Let’s find out!
