Vauxhall Astra H 1.9 CDTi 16v Z19DTH - EGR clean / replace, Swirl Flap bar, MAP sensor clean

A few jobs in this one... EGR valve resulted in poor running, so that's replaced. MAP sensor removed, cleaned and replaced. Swirl flap bar nightmare, still not sorted. If you have this engine (Z19DTH) with smoking, crap acceleration and bad idle, it may be one of these issues.
