Risk of Rain 2 - Executioner INFERNO Run

So, it's been a few weeks since my last Inferno video, and that's because I simply haven't had a single successful Inferno run since, whether it be from bad item luck or stupid mistakes or just simply unfair situations. I don't think I would've won this run if I hadn't had incredible item luck. Were my previous Inferno runs just a fluke? I don't know. I might take a break from Inferno and play something easier. I know Inferno was designed to be an unfair difficulty, but sometimes it's a bit much. We'll see, I suppose.
