B'rel, Gladius, & USS Intrepid | Are these worth building in Star Trek Fleet Command?

With Star Trek Fleet Command keeping @everyone around for over 5 years now there are several very relevant questions that keep getting asked. One of those is: Do the B'rel, Gladius, and USS Intrepid have any value in todays game for players? Well from a scrapping perspective no, they don't, but that's down the road. Let's talk about right now and if they're worth building! Topics covered: 1. Cost comparison/value of the 32 rares vs 34 Epics 2. Note: the 34 epics are DEFINITELY still must haves, plan accordingly 3. Uses for the 32 ships and who it makes sense for 4. If you have any game mechanic questions, feel free to drop those questions in the comments!
