[DRG Experimental] Hazard 6x2 Mining True Solo Engineer (New OC: Pump Action, Animation Cancelling)

Note: The footage is using old dev build of Exp branch now gives -1 Pellet to this Warthog build combination compared to the new Exp branch dev build. Note: -20% Spread Penalty is removed in the newer patch, horray. This OC is now better at shooting longer range target now. Description and thumbnail do later, i got sick. TL;DR: So far, it's a decent OC, but currently being held back by the base weapon, which is underwhelming.
