2 Plein Air Paintings with my Belly River Alla Prima Pochade Box. 1st Mixed Media, 2nd Acryl Gouache

I took my “Belly River” Alla Prima Pochade box out yesterday and did two paintings. One was an experimental mixed media painting using all the colored pencils and markers that I’ve been talking about in my last few videos. The second painting was created using Turner Acryl Gouache which felt much more natural to me to use painting in Plein Air compared to the mixed media items. By the end of the second painting my back had seized up so my hubby came to rescue me and help me carry my gear back to the house. 😳 Links to all of the items that I used in the video are listed below.
