The Flats Redevelopment Phase 5 | 22 Month Construction Drone Timelapse

Twenty-two months of construction in under two minutes. From January 2025 through October 2026, we captured The Flats Redevelopment Phase 5 taking shape—from excavation and foundations to framing, exterior finishes, and the completed building. The moving viewpoint follows the transformation around the site, showing the work and changing seasons along the way. Thank you to our DiSabatino Construction team and all the project partners and tradespeople whose work made this transformation possible. #DiSabatinoConstruction #ConstructionTimelapse #TheFlats #DroneVideo
