The plaintiff says she hired the defendant to plan an iCarly-themed birthday party for her 4-year-old daughter, but it was a disaster. The iCarly character never showed, the photographer was late and missed key shots, and the defendant didn’t stay until the end of the party. She is suing for a refund. The defendant says the plaintiff actually owes her money. She is countersuing for the cost of additional supplies and defamation of character.
