Even as times change, our heritage must remain preserved. The art carved in stone, the history preserved within temple walls, and the footprints of centuries-old devotion — all of these are an invaluable part of our heritage. Many ancient temples, which have stood as witnesses to our history for centuries, are gradually losing their glory due to the passage of time, neglect, and natural changes. The vision to restore and revive these heritage temples is the initiative of Pujya Dr. D. Veerendra Heggade of Dharmasthala. Preserving the original architecture, respecting traditional art and craftsmanship, and carrying forward the invaluable cultural heritage passed down to us by our ancestors — this is the significant mission of Dharmothana. Through the Dharmothana Trust, it is not merely the restoration of temples. It is the revival of our history and the preservation of the roots of our culture.
