How I Automate Gmail Attachment Processing Using N8N

After I shared how I automated invoice processing in Xero using N8N and OpenAI, someone asked me a very fair question: “Can you do the same for invoices that come in by email?” So, in today’s video, I show you exactly how I built an automation in N8N that grabs emailed invoices (as attachments in Gmail), reads them with OpenAI, and sorts the key info where it needs to go.
