MONSTER Broke Probation 19 Times & Still Thought He’d Walk Free — Judge Gives Him a Brutal Sentence

Christopher Daniel Beltron appeared before Judge Boyd in Bexar County after violating the conditions of his deferred adjudication in a burglary of a habitation case. Beltron pleaded true to the violation, but his attorney asked the court for another chance, pointing to his time in federal custody and the programs he completed while incarcerated. Beltron told the court he had changed and wanted to do better for his three children. But Judge Boyd pointed to his previous opportunities, including felony drug court and ISF, as well as this being his third motion to revoke. She ultimately decided that the court had given him enough chances. Judge Boyd revoked his deferred adjudication, adjudicated him guilty, and sentenced him to 10 years in prison, with concurrent terms, restitution to two victims, no-contact orders, and a $10,000 fine.
