Modern Ops Matchmaking Problem — Watch What Happens! COME ON!

Is this fair matchmaking, or does something need to change? I'm level 76, but myself & other players are constantly facing players who seem far more powerful! I pay to play, so this is extremely frustrating!! But the creators said: "We are working on providing dynamic, rich, gameplay experience for all players , as well as to achieve OVERALL BALANCE in the game. As your level increases, the difficulty also rises and you will face stronger opponents".... NOT IMPOSSIBLE OPPONENTS!!!! I'd love to hear what other Modern Ops players think.
