David: From Shepherd to King of Israel

This is a story about leadership. A shepherd boy is chosen over his older and more experienced brothers to be God's chosen successor to King Saul. He is the unlikeliest choice as nothing about what he was aligned with the requirements of the time. In the end, he showed why he was a true leader; that being a perfect individual does not make a true leader but the willingness to be accountable and to serve.
