Did India's NSA Ajit Doval quietly fly into Dhaka on 17 September? Rediff says he did, and that he spent most of the day there laying the ground for Tarique Rahman's Delhi visit. The Times of India says neither government confirmed it — or denied it. And today officials from two ministries told Inqilab they can't say a word until orders come from the top.
