BFB: What If Winner and Loser Switched Seasons? (BFB 1 - BFB 16)

In canon BFB, Loser makes his first appearance in BFB 1, while Winner debuts in TPOT 1. But what if these roles were swapped? How would BFB play out with Winner competing and without Loser competing?
