Is This the Best Coastal Walk in Wales? | Ambient Hiking

After spending over 3 months inactive and stuck indoors whilst Toby recovered from his spinal injury, I needed to get back to the outdoors, not only for my mental health, but also to rebuild my fitness (this hike was in early July). I wasn't planning on making a video, as I simply wanted to just spend some time on myself whilst enjoying being back in nature. However, I made a last minute decision to take my drone and camera with me, and I captured some footage of this beautiful stretch of coastline. It's a little different from my usual videos, it's all walking, no talking. I started the hike at Three Cliffs Bay, on The Gower, and I finished at Rhossili. I covered 20 miles in total and witnessed some incredible scenery, this really is a stunning stretch of Welsh coastline. There is a lot of history dotted along this coastline too, Castles, a Bronze Age burial site, a cave with some of the oldest cave art in Europe, and also, Paviland cave, which is famous for the discovery of the Red Lady's remains, dating from 33,000 years ago.
