#Kungen80 Te Deum at Stockholm Palace Church.

In the morning, the Royal Family attended the Te Deum in the Palace Church at the Royal Palace. The thanksgiving service was held on the occasion of the celebration of the King's 80th birthday. The service was officiated by the Chief Chaplain Johan Dalman and Michael Bjerkhagen, pastor of the Royal Court Assembly. During the Te Deum, the congregation listened to, among other things, the specially composed sytcket Te Deum op. 80 by Michael Waldenby, Sverige by Wilhelm Stenhammar and Osanna by August Söderman. Participating were court organist Johannes Skoog, the Palace Church's vocal ensemble, court trumpeters Olle Hermansen and Björn Nyman, organist Robert Bennesh, and an ensemble from the Navy's music corps.
