By February 10, 2020, the Loveland Kmart positions that indicated closing day was coming. By February 13th, 2020, it was certain the Loveland Kmart would infact close by the start of April. By the start of April, it was reasonably certain that this Kmart would be closing on April 11, 2020. Original closing time would have been at 6 PM, but this was moved back to 4 PM. JAX Outdoor Gear currently is planning to take over the Kmart, which likely means the Facade, and possibly, the store as a whole will be preserved. JAX is currently located in the left half of Loveland's former ShopKo, and that property is listed on Loopnet.
