Durch die Anbindung an ein vollautomatisches Flächenlager und ein vollautomatisches Tischwechselsystem wird der Tisch automatisch beladen: Das Rohmaterial gelangt direkt aus dem Lager auf den Maschinentisch, ohne dass manuell eingegriffen werden muss. Dank des Tischwechselsystems entstehen keine Standzeiten durch das händische Abladen. Während die Maschine bereits das nächste Werkstück bearbeitet, kann der zweite Tisch parallel entladen werden. Die Maschine bleibt dadurch durchgehend im produktiven Einsatz. Der langlebige Supergripbelag sorgt für eine zuverlässige Fixierung des Materials während der Bearbeitung. Thanks to the exchange-table system, there are no downtime periods caused by manual unloading. While the machine is already machining the next workpiece, the second table can be unloaded at the same time. This ensures that the machine remains in continuous, productive operation.
