Then going up Pearl Rd as we continue through Strongsville, and into the Strongsville Park-N-Ride where the 71 and the 251 buses go into. Then into Middleburg Heights as we conclude the recording on Pearl Rd and West 130th Street right in front of Southland Shopping Center on the boarder of Middleburg Heights and Parma Heights. Connecting routes with routes 51,71,83 and 86. Service on route 71: From Downtown Cleveland to Southland Shopping Center Monday through Friday is every 30 minutes, while from Downtown Cleveland to Strongsville via Drake Howe Layover is every 60 except during peak rush hour times is every 30 minutes. Weekends from Downtown Cleveland to Drake Howe Loop is every 60 minutes from 4-5am to1225am. Also note that Drake Howe trips from 4am to 230pm it travels along Royalton Rd then up Howe Rd to enter the loop. While any trip past 3pm in Strongsville it continues down Pearl Rd then turns on Drake Rd into the Drake Howe Loop, then up Howe Rd then Royalton to head downtown.
