የማር ብርዝ አሰራር! (How to make Ethiopian drink/BERTH)

Ingredients:- 1 ኩባያ ማር ( 1 cup Haney) 4 ኩባያ ውሀ ( 4 cups Water) 1 የሻይ ማንኪያ እርሾ ( 1 tsp Yeast) 1/4 የሻይ ማንኪያ እርድ ( 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder)(optional) እርዱ ከለሩ እንዲያምር ከፈለግን ብቻ ነው የምንጨምረው :-Mix the turmeric powder with a little hot water. :-put the mixture in the jar and let it sit for 3 or more days. :- Make sure the lid on the jar is tightly closed.
