Shaik Riyaz family petitioned Telangana State Human Rights Commission appeal for independent inquiry and safety: Smt Zareena Begum (mother) and Snober Nazmeem (wife) along with two minor children's Ruheena Sultana (daughter) and Shaik Rehan (son) of late Shaik Riyaz met Honble Dr Justice Shameem Akther Chairperson Telangana State Human Rights Commission (TSHRC) and requested the Honble Commission to orders an independent inquiry into the killing of Shaik Riyaz in a fake encounter on 20th October 2025 and their illegal detection, torture to third degree, sexual abuse by Nizamabad Police to aged mother, wife and minor children's. They brought to the notice of Honble Commission that their house in Armoor has been locked by the police and they are forced to live in Nizamabad, Mother and Wife of Shaik Riyaz brought to the notice of Honble Commission that Shaik Riyaz was being by Pramod Kumar (CCS) Constable to pay a huge amount and there was no case in which he was wanted and all pending cases were being attended by him in Court. The Honble Commission listened to the family members of the deseased Shaik Riyaz and assured that necessary inquiry with all measures for their safety will be taken up.
