HOUSE FLIPPER / Frozen Way´s former office Apartment 103 / before and after Tour

Hello Flipper! This is the third apartment. It is more spacious than the others and has a balcony. It includes a bedroom, a children's room, a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, a powder room, a laundry room, and a living room with a kitchen and dining area. On this floor, there is a shared laundry room for apartments 101 and 102, as these are too small for their own. Storage rooms are available for all tenants. A party room is also available, where the residents are currently holding their housewarming party. The working time was about 11 hours.
